As #AI reshapes organizations and industries, faculty at the @[Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst](urn:li:organization:2468374) are tackling critical questions around bias, transparency, and human–AI interaction—with a clear focus on real-world application. These projects represent just a fraction of the work happening across #Isenberg: ➡️       Exploring how tools like #ChatGPT can help hospitality businesses analyze customer feedback and improve service. ➡️       Examining #technostress and the balance between innovation and responsibility in AI, with a focus on fairness, transparency, and human primacy. ➡️       Investigating how digital data and human–algorithm relationships are reshaping organizations and decision-making.
