Annual Awards Banquet Celebrates Exceptional Alumni and Students

The McCormack Department of Sport Management honored alumni and students at its Annual Awards Banquet on March 30. Alumni received the department’s VanderZwaag Award and its Alumni on the Rise Award. Twenty-two students earned scholarships.

During her two-day visit to Isenberg as McCormack Executive in Residence, Women’s Tennis Association Chairman and CEO Stacey Allaster explored her organization’s growing global footprint, its increasing deployment of technology, and its greater focus on the fan experience. Allaster also recounted a life in tennis dedicated to the advancement of women in the sport.

Professor Crosset to Deliver Talk on Racism in Sport to U.N. Committee in Geneva

Todd W. Crosset, associate professor in the McCormack Department of Sport Management, is giving a talk on racism in American sports to a United Nations panel on July 20 in Geneva, Switzerland.
