At the Isenberg School of Management, we are firmly committed to ensuring our current and prospective students and their families, faculty, staff, and all visitors know they are valued members of our community. Isenberg promotes the exchange of varying perspectives and the inclusion of different experiences, which prepares our students to lead in an increasingly global market.
Our mission is to create and disseminate knowledge related to the value of a culture of connectedness and belonging for businesses and stakeholders through impactful, multidisciplinary, practice-oriented research and educational outreach that advances meaningful organizational and societal change.
The Office of ACES at Isenberg offers impactful programs designed to foster a welcoming community and empower all voices. From the Executive-in-Residence Program featuring industry leaders to initiatives like Community Leadership Councils, Graduate Fellows, and the Professional Wardrobe Closet, these efforts aim to enhance accessibility, promote a sense of connection and belonging, and support the success of all students, faculty, and staff.
The Executive-in-Residence program at Isenberg connects students with senior executives renowned for fostering productive communities while leading complex organizations and operations. The inaugural 2024 event featured Beck Bailey of Accenture and Dr. Anthony C. Hood of First Horizon Bank, sharing their expertise and experiences.
The Isenberg Professional Wardrobe Closet repurposes new and gently used professional clothing to set Isenberg students up for success while reducing waste and supporting the circular economy. Students can access the clothing for free to “ace” their classroom presentations, professional internships, interviews, job fairs, or conferences.
During the semester, students can visit the Isenberg Closet in the Office of Career Success (OCS) in suite N207 to browse the collection.

The Isenberg Community Leadership Council consists of faculty and staff representatives from across various academic departments and office units dedicated to ensuring a welcoming community at Isenberg. These convenings enable council members to meet and share best practices, strategize, collaborate, and pursue coordinated efforts with greater intentionality and impact.
The Isenberg Community Leadership Council for students looks to advocate for all students by providing a broad range of voices with the goal of maximizing the accessibility of college resources. The council provides insight into pressing student issues and concerns and provides feedback on priorities and policies impacting the student experience at Isenberg. In addition, the council strives to enhance the relationship between students and the school administration and equips students with the knowledge, support, and resources to become successful student leaders at Isenberg.
Graduate Fellows collectively will advance and implement goals for the Office of Access, Collaboration, and Engagement for Success at Isenberg. Critical components of this work will include but are not limited to supporting an inclusive community and enhancing the cultural, academic, and professional experience of students from all backgrounds. Graduate Fellows will work across and within academic units to assist in creating healthy communities and report directly to the Assistant Dean for ACES.
In February the Office of ACES invites a guest lecturer to join the Isenberg community for a series of impactful events, including a research colloquium, a lecture on career exploration in corporate America, and a community dialogue.
