Isenberg provides a comprehensive career development program that aligns with our high-quality accounting curriculum. Through participation in our Program Orientation and career workshops, you will gain the career support you need to develop and execute a career and professional development (CPD) plan specific to you. Your MSA dedicated career coach is available for individualized sessions. You will also have access to IConnect, an online career and professional development platform sponsored by Isenberg’s Office of Career Success. You can create an IConnect profile to receive tailored career content related to the topics that matter most to you.
Begin your MSA experience with our Career Planning Kickoff to help you develop a plan for career and professional development. During Orientation and Bootcamp, you will be introduced to our many career resources. You will also be given a chance to do some initial goal setting and learn more about the career options available upon earning your MSA.
As an Isenberg MSA student, you will have direct access to a career coach who can help you with everything from exploring careers in accounting to a personalized job search to interview prep and social media profiles. Your coach will also help connect you with our extensive network of Isenberg alumni and our many industry partners in accounting.
Isenberg MSA career workshops are innovative and comprehensive, covering topics, such as building your LinkedIn profile, behavioral interviewing, and on-campus recruiting. We also host panels of industry speakers and accounting alumni. Our workshops and panels are designed to give you the right preparation when you need it, with recordings and digital assets always available for your review.

- Once you click Apply Now, you will be taken to the University's secure online student information system, SPIRE.
- Follow the “Go to Application” link to create your user account to begin your application process.
- Complete the admissions requirements and submit your application. Note: you can save and resume your application process as you gather required materials.
- After submitting, track your application at the Graduate School Status of Application page.
