Isenberg School of Management scholars are included in the 2026 edition of the global database commonly known as the “Top 2% Scientists” list, which identifies highly cited researchers using standardized citation indicators. Their inclusion recognizes the reach of their published scholarship within the research community.
The recognition spans five Isenberg academic departments: hospitality and tourism management, management, marketing, operations and information management, and sport management.
“We congratulate our colleagues on this recognition of the scholarly influence of their research,” said Fousseni Chabi-Yo, PhD, associate dean for research and PhD programs and Berthiaume Endowed Professor in Business Administration. “We are proud to celebrate their contributions and the breadth of scholarship across Isenberg.”
The database, published through the Elsevier Data Repository, draws on Scopus citation data and incorporates measures that account for co-authorship and authorship position. It provides separate listings for career-long and single-year citation impact.
