Expand Career Peer Support

Career Peers are trained to answer quick questions about career resources, and offer advice on using campus services, joining clubs, and preparing for career fairs. Their work alleviates the pressure on the Chase Career Center’s staff advisors, who are able to focus more on students who are preparing to graduate and need urgent help focusing their career paths and finding post-graduation jobs.

Provide Internship Stipends

Remove financial barriers to experiential learning by providing stipends that enable students to pursue internships, regardless of compensation. These opportunities help students gain hands-on experience, build professional networks, and develop the skills needed for career success.

Fuel Career TREKS

Provide students with opportunities to explore industries, companies, and career paths through immersive Career TREKS in New York City, Boston and other regional areas that connect classroom learning with real-world experiences. Funding helps expand access to employer visits, networking opportunities, and career exploration experiences that prepare students for professional success.
