During the fall of 2024, Isenberg's Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) hosted the first annual Executive-in-Residence Program, which included classroom visits, one-on-one mentoring, and public programming. The Office of DEIB has also created Community Leadership Councils for students as well as for faculty and staff.
Isenberg became one of the first undergraduate business programs to require students to take a diversity, equity, and inclusion course in 2023.
Isenberg students join dozens of clubs, include the Association for Diversity in Business, Isenberg Global Citizens, Isenberg Women in Business, and the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality.
