May is an exciting month at the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, as graduating seniors prepare for their first post-college jobs and students embrace summer internships and work experiences. Across LinkedIn, the hashtag #Isenbergworks is spotlighting career successes.

When students participate in the #IsenbergWorks campaign (spearheaded by the school’s Office of Career Success, or OCS), they create an online space where their peers can cheer for them, and prospective employers can take notice. Not only does the campaign foster an online community of Isenberg success, but the student also becomes eligible to win a branded Owala water bottle. Each post tagged with #IsenbergWorks is entered into a random-draw raffle for a limited-edition Isenberg-branded item.

Lauren Casaceli, associate director of career development, described the campaign’s impact on the students: “The #IsenbergWorks campaign is a great opportunity to highlight the hard work Isenberg students have put into securing professional experiences,” she said. “Seeing the range of organizations that they'll be contributing to this summer and beyond speaks to the skill and determination of our students and the lasting impact they’re sure to make.”

Approximately 94 percent of 2025 undergraduates seeking full-time employment accepted a job within six months of graduation.

Students who have recently landed a job or internship are encouraged to share their story using #IsenbergWorks on LinkedIn.
