We are proud to announce the launch of the 2026 Consulting Academy. Co-directed by Professors Langenkamp and Junaid, this academy is an exclusive opportunity designed to prepare Isenberg students for thriving consulting careers by providing a robust foundation in management and analytics skills.

A series of workshops will be held TBA, leading up to a case competition on April 25. We will coordinate with IUCG for several of these workshops. This academy serves as your launchpad, equipping you with the essential tools and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic world of consulting with top-tier firms.

• The first workshop serves as your gateway to the world of consulting, providing a firsthand opportunity to interface with seasoned professionals. This initial session offers invaluable insights into the essence of consulting, allowing you to glean a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its multifaceted aspects.
• Following this introduction, our second workshop focuses on the crucial topic of recruitment within the consulting sphere. Here, you will gain indispensable knowledge about the intricacies of the hiring process within top-tier consulting firms. From crafting an impressive resume to excelling in interviews, this session equips you with the essential skills to navigate the competitive recruitment landscape and secure coveted positions in the consulting arena.

The succeeding workshops will delve into the critical domains of data analysis and management. There will be a session for tackling case studies and another for developing presentation skills.

The ultimate objective at the end of the semester is to empower you with the proficiency to tackle a real-world business case. By attending the workshops, you will develop the acumen to analyze data, synthesize findings, and provide strategic consultancy advice. 

The April 25 case competition will allow participants to showcase their proficiency at an event featuring a panel of consultants from firms including Bain, EY, BCG, and McKinsey (among others). Participants in the Isenberg Consulting Academy also have the chance to earn a Consulting Badge.
