Student Organization Achievements
This October, MIEF (Minutemen International Equity Fund) represented UMass and the Isenberg School of Management at the Undergraduate Commodity Competition in Houston, TX.
They connected with talented students and professionals worldwide and presented their investment idea to a distinguished panel of judges from leading firms, including Citi, Mercuria, and Macquarie.
We’re proud to share that UMass placed in the top five out of 32 highly competitive teams and 122 participants!
For their first time pitching a commodity and first-ever UMass appearance at this competition, this is an incredible accomplishment. Congratulations to the entire MIEF team for making Isenberg proud!
