Steps for Enrolling in Spring 2022 Courses
- Make sure all holds are cleared. If you have a hold on your record/account in SPIRE, this could prevent registration. To view a hold, log into SPIRE, look on the right side of the screen on your Student Services Center page under "Holds".
- Visit our Browse Courses page to view course descriptions and select your courses for spring. Then register in SPIRE.
- Or, jump right to SPIRE to select and register for courses.
- If you need more help, join your advisors for a Welcome & Registration session on December 6 at 5:30PM (EST). They will provide a live demonstration in SPIRE.
Important Semester Dates
November 8 – Enrollment opens at 9am Eastern Time
December 6 - MS Accounting Welcome and Registration Session
January 18 – Preview week for courses
January 25 – Spring classes begin
January 31 – Last day to Drop with 100% tuition refund (class fees only) for non-degree students
February 7 – Last day to Drop with 100% tuition refund (class fees only) for matriculated students
March 29 – Last day to late Drop through advisor and instructor with 50% tuition refund (class fees only)
March 30 - Degree Eligibility Form due to the advisor if you are graduating this spring
May 4 – Spring courses end
May 13 - Graduate Commencement
May 23 – Grades appear on transcripts

Mandatory Graduation Requirement
If you are taking your last class in spring 2022, your degree eligibility form should be emailed to your advisor by March 30, 2022 or sooner to be included in graduation. Please list all classes in the order taken along with grades (leave grades blank for classes in progress). Be sure you receive a confirmation receipt by our office.
Helpful Reminders and Notes
- Spring is a Mandatory Semester.
- If you are unable to take a class, contact your advisor prior to the start of the semester.
- Continuous Enrollment: For students to remain active, they will need to register for GRADSCH 999, Continuous Enrollment. The current fee for Continuous Enrollment is $285.00. If you have any difficulty enrolling, please contact your advisor for assistance.
