The Isenberg Online MBA has been ranked #9 in the Financial Times of all online MBA programs worldwide. Isenberg is one of the oldest accredited online MBA programs in the United States with nearly 1300 enrolled students.
“Not every program can effectively engage students with an accredited and rigorous curriculum in an online format,” remarked Mark A. Fuller, Dean of the Isenberg School of Management. “That’s what sets us apart: exceptional faculty and staff with over 13 years of experience helping working professionals to earn a graduate degree without having to visit a classroom.” Data for the rankings are collected from participating schools and by alumni who graduated from the program in 2012. Alumni responses inform six ranking criteria such as “salary today” and “program delivery.”
The full rankings, released this week, are published at http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/rankings. In breaking down the details of the survey, Financial Times ranks Isenberg #5 worldwide on the metric “salary today,” with alumni survey participants reporting $131,796 average salary three years after graduation, and #3 worldwide on “program delivery rank” which covers the extent to which alumni rate the online delivery of live teaching sessions, other teaching materials and online exams. This is the second time Isenberg has been ranked by the Financial Times, up from the #11 position in 2015. The Isenberg Online MBA has also recently been ranked #12 by U.S. News & World Report 2016. “The interactions between our students and our faculty makes us different,” states John Wells, Associate Dean of Professional Programs. “Our entire program—from the online interface to our dedicated advisors—is designed to help our students get the most out of our curriculum and each other.” For more information about Isenberg’s Online MBA program admissions visit www.isenberg.umass.edu/programs/masters/mba/online/admissions.
