It’s September! Charge Your Career Engines!

 Welcome back to Amherst and to Isenberg! Welcome to ALL new Isenberg students too! The Chase Career Center has been hard at work preparing for what will be a very busy fall recruiting season!

Eeeck! Did you know that September is actually a short month? NO! Not on the actual calendar…but for those begin the semester on September 8^th. Yep, that’s ALL of us!

What does THAT mean for you? IN the next few weeks, there will be lots of recruiters to meet, plenty of atrium events and information sessions, application deadlines, interviews, and CAREER DAY!

Here are 5 things Chase recommends to stay in the action:

1. Communication. From us. “This Week at Chase” emails will tell you about activities sponsored by Chase, which employers you’ll find in the Atrium and, when important things are happening.

2. IsenbergWorks. Are YOU in? Log in on our homepage where you see this icon:    
   

3. Appointments. Come see us! We’re ready to help you brush off your resume and get your summer experience positioned correctly! We’ll help you prepare for an interview. And yes, we’ll even discuss choice of major.

4. Business Attire. You’ll want to make sure you have the right items to wear to recruiting events and interviews. Business Formal – a must for interviews. Business Casual – a must for informal meetings, information sessions and meet/greets

5.  Have FUN! A smile on your face and positive attitude will take you far. Learn about all of the opportunities that Chase brings you and go after what you want!
