Please fill out a General Request Form and someone will be in contact. Note that production of printed materials takes at a minimum 2-3 months (or more, depending on how extensive your piece is). Please plan accordingly.
You can have your event promoted on the schools plasma screens, the Isenberg website and social media. You will need to submit an event form with all the required information completed. Events may take up to 24 hours to post.
Student photographers are available to shoot on-campus events, anything off-campus requires a professional photographer (if you need assistance finding a professional photographer please let us know). Please put in a request ticket with the date, time, location and brief description of the event to our KACE ticketing system. We will do our best to have a student photographer available, but there may be times when we cannot fulfill the request.
Please put in your request through our News Story form. Provide a description of the event, date, time, location and any speaker background. You will then be contacted by one of us if there is someone available to cover the event. Our group works with school leadership to determine which events are covered.
Please submit an event form with the information required. You can use a template to provide your own slide, or we can create one for you. Keep in mind there can be a 24 hour turnaround on plasma slides.

Please put in a request indicating what you need the logo for, including a copy of the document, merchandise, or other item where you are planning on using the logo.
Please complete our Email Request Form and at least a first draft the text of the email you want to send. Please note that requests for mass email support should be put in at least 3 weeks before you need the email sent, more if your email requires a complicated design or you need help with creating the email’s content.
You can visit our store, www.nepm.info/umass, to see what merchandise has already been designed and approved for the school. Remember this is not a public online store, and merchandise is not eligible for individual purchases. If you do not find any pre-approved merchandise in the store that meets your needs please put in a ticket with what you would like produced, the purpose of the merchandise, and your intentions for it (are they for sale or giveaways).
Please complete a Website Request Form with their new contact information. New faculty members will need to complete this survey so we can create a profile for them. Headshots are done for new hires only, and typically happen in the Fall.

The more information you can provide, the easier it is for us to find what you need. Not all content can be changed, some request may require a discussion, and we will contact you if that is the case.
