Sport Annual Career Fair Draws Record Attendance

The annual Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management Career Fair, created and managed by The Association of Diversity in Sport (ADS) student club, drew a record number of attendees to the Campus Center Auditorium on Wednesday Nov 9. The event, presented by Comcast Spectacor, drew over 35 sport organizations, provided a platform for students and recruiters alike to connect and build professional relationships for future employment. The event also included a very successful case study competition.

This year’s event featured keynote speaker and McCormack alumnus Takehiko Nakamura, founder of BLUE United and an industry leader in developing business relationships between Western countries and the Asian continent.
