Work Experience Verification Steps

Work Experience Verification Steps

Once you've completed your work experience, you'll need to verify your work experience. The process from start to end can be as quick as 15 minutes or take as long as 2 weeks. On average it takes three days. You'll need to complete the form, attach a paystub, and e-sign. As soon as you have signed, DocuSign will send the form to your supervisor where they will complete their section. Once the form is completed by both you and your supervisor, Jenafer Andren-Kazunas will review and approve.

You can reduce the time significantly by staying in touch with your supervisor. Contact the supervisor ahead of time so they are aware that the form is coming. After you’ve signed the form check back again with your supervisor to be sure they received the email notice from DocuSign in their inbox. If they did not, ask them to check their Junk Mail folder. If they still don’t see it notify Jenafer Andren-Kazunas and they will resend the form.  DO NOT start a second form.
