Public Parking is located at the Tower Square Garage adjacent to the Marriott Hotel located at 2 Boland Way, Springfield, MA, US, 01115. Follow the ramp up to the public parking area, take ticket, turn right and continue going straight to Level A. When you enter the area, you will see an elevator on the right. Park near this elevator as it will be the best elevator to access the UMass Center at Springfield's Welcome Center. Select UL (Upper Level) and once at UL, pass the food court on the left, and the UMass Center entrance is on the right. Discounted Parking is available, visit the Reception Desk for more info.
