Zach Watson is a thought leader, content creator, and class of 2012 UMass engineering alum. Since 2012, Zach has moved in his career from software engineer to math teacher to sales rep, and now to his current role as content creator and full-time coach helping couples, individuals, and organizations unpack the invisible labor making their organizations run.

He’s been featured in Forbes, CNN, Yahoo, Upworthy, and recently The New York Times, offering discourse on domestic equality, invisible labor, and how these impact culture and homes. Zach is currently working on a book set to be published in late 2027 with Penguin Random House which aims to help men and couples see the invisible labor in their relationships while improving their emotional literacy.
