Professor Tom Woodside is a Lecturer in Marketing at UMASS Isenberg School of Management and previously was an Executive in Residence and Professional Educator in Management and Marketing at Western New England University. 

In addition to teaching, Tom also provides consulting in marketing and management to a range of companies and brands. He was a co-founder of a nano technology start-up, partially funded by the National Science Foundation, at Western New England University, and is an advisor to other start-ups.

 

Prior, Tom held C-suite and marketing management positions in at leading specialty retailers, private equity owned brands, and multi-national consumer product and entertainment companies, including Vitamin World, Yankee Candle, Bath & Body Works, Disney, and Kraft Foods.

 

Tom holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin and the University of Illinois, where he was a James Webb Young Fellow. He is a past advisor to Wellspring Cooperative in Springfield, MA.
