Temitope S. Oladimeji
Assistant Professor
Temitope S. Oladimeji's research examines how differences in organizational performance emerge and persist over time through often-overlooked mechanisms in strategy and entrepreneurship. Oladimeji approaches these questions through two complementary lenses: organizational resources and capabilities and organizational human capital. His work has been recognized with several awards and nominations from the Academy of Management, the Strategic Management Society, and the International Corporate Governance Society.
Oladimeji holds a PhD, MS, and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, as well as a BSc in Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University. Before pursuing graduate studies, he worked in securities at Goldman Sachs in London, United Kingdom, as an intern, and in real estate and equity research at ARM in Lagos, Nigeria.
