Jenafer Andrén-Kazunas, HTM Chef-Professor & Senior Lecturer II, has been with Isenberg School of Management since 2004. She teaches one of the department’s core courses: Restaurant Operations Management, which is an experiential lab-based course with associated restaurant taught at the Marriott Center for Hospitality Management. She is also the Work Experience Coordinator for the HTM department. Jenafer’s main research interests include Food & Beverage Quality Assurance, Purchasing Cost Controls, and Food Service Sanitation & Safety.
