“Not only is the Class of 2025 exceptional, but you have also raised the bar for all classes to follow,” said Isenberg Dean Anne Massey to graduating seniors and families at Isenberg’s 2025 Senior Celebration on Saturday, May 17. With more than a thousand students and their families in attendance, the Mullins Center buzzed with excitement for the graduates.

“Our students, now our graduates, seek to have an impact, and they inspire all of us,” Massey said, congratulating the class’s Senior Gift Campaign for reaching its goal of 82 percent participation in order to fund a balance room at the school, where future students will be able to disconnect from the digital world to relax, reflect, and simply recharge.

The Class of 2025 had more than 1200 graduates, representing nearly every county in the commonwealth, 21 states in the nation, and 10 different countries—the farthest graduate hailed from Vietnam. Seventy-four members of the graduating class were also members of the Commonwealth Honors College.

The 2025 senior speaker was Megha Parikh, who majored in both marketing and economics, as well as completing the business data analytics certificate, alongside a psychology minor. She served as co-president for the 2025 Women of Isenberg Conference among many other accomplishments at Isenberg.

The most powerful people in the world are those who control their own destiny—the ones who write their own stories,” Parikh said in her speech. “We, the Isenberg Class of 2025, are the authors of our own stories.” She went on to talk about how Isenberg was an important chapter in the story of the Class of 2025. “Living for the plot means staying spontaneous. Staying curious, and choosing to brighten our lives, even when it feels dull.” Parikh concluded her speech by quoting Dr. Suess: “Today is your day! You’re off to great places! You’re off and away!”

Massey congratulated the class: “Know that Isenberg is better today, and will be better in the years to come, because we will always, always, have you as part of our Isenberg family.”
