Isenberg ranks 31st in the nation (19th among public business schools) in Military Times magazine's newly released survey, Best for Vets: Business Schools 2014. In the survey, which focused on business schools with graduate programs, 140 colleges and universities answered 80 questions, which explored school culture, student support, academic outcomes and quality, academic policies, and cost and financial aid.

In the rankings, Isenberg distinguished itself in the categories, academic support and staff support. Conducted last fall, the survey noted that 99 military personnel are enrolled at Isenberg.

The lion's share of those students-some of whom are stationed overseas and in combat zones-take courses in Isenberg's Online MBA program, which serves students in 50 states and many countries. Although many in the military take Isenberg courses while deployed, the program does allow students to defer admissions and semesters in the face of military demands.

At Isenberg, military benefits include a waiver of application fees for all active military personnel, their spouses, and U.S. veterans; tuition assistance scholarships; and credit for graduate-level business/management-related military training. Isenberg also maintains a full-time academic advisor for military students.
