The Isenberg School of Management’s Office of Career Success (OCS) is celebrating students’ professional achievements through its well-received and widely embraced annual #IsenbergWorks social media campaign. Designed to highlight internship and job placements, the initiative encourages students to share their experiences on LinkedIn using the hashtag #IsenbergWorks.

By posting about their new roles and reflecting on how Isenberg helped prepare them for success, students not only inspire their peers and future professionals, but they also become eligible for exclusive giveaways. Each post tagged with #IsenbergWorks is entered into a raffle for limited-edition Isenberg-branded items.

The campaign is part of a broader effort by OCS to amplify student accomplishments and build a strong, supportive career community, according to Trista Hevey, executive director, graduate employer relations and outreach.

“At Isenberg, we believe every student’s success deserves to be celebrated loud and proud,” she said. “Their hard work and dedication are the heart of our community—and we want the world to see it.”

OCS recently awarded select student participants with exclusive Isenberg beach towels. Winners represented a variety of industries and roles, from internships to full-time positions, demonstrating the breadth of opportunities available to Isenberg students:

  • Deloitte – Full-Time Tax Consultant
  • Infosys – Infosys InStep Intern
  • AAFCPAs – Staff Accountant
  • Addison Group’s ArcLight – Associate Consultant
  • Aimbridge Hospitality – Event Meeting Specialist
  • UBS Arena – Arena Operations Intern
  • Conifer Realty – Financial Analyst Intern

Other notable entrants who did not win included an Amazon pathways ops intern and a HubSpot business development representative.

Opportunities like these confirm the preparation and support students receive with an Isenberg education. The school’s academics, real-world experiences, and professional development support students in their journeys to a career worth sharing about. Approximately 96 percent of 2024 undergraduates seeking full-time employment accepted a job within six months of graduation.

Students who have recently landed a job or internship are encouraged to share their story using #IsenbergWorks on LinkedIn.
