Starting in fall 2023, the Isenberg School of Management’s Hybrid MBA program will be relocating its in-person classes from Shrewsbury to a new, more convenient location at UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester. Isenberg’s Hybrid MBA also offers in-person classes at the UMass Club on Boston's Beacon Hill.
The location at the UMass Medical School in central Massachusetts is ideal for students living in a wide geographic area, from all parts of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire, says Traci Hess, associate dean of graduate programs and Douglas & Diana Berthiaume Endowed Professor of Information Systems. “Our Hybrid MBA students will enjoy a comfortable, modern space to meet with faculty and network with peers.”
Isenberg has offered an AACSB-accredited Hybrid MBA degree program for more than 20 years. Hybrid courses include five required in-person meetings, with the remainder of the course content delivered online. Every semester, select courses are offered as hybrid in Boston and in Worcester, enabling students to complete most of their MBA coursework in this format. But at any time, students can pivot fully to online courses based on the demands of their professional and personal lives. U.S. News & World Report has consistently recognized Isenberg’s Hybrid MBA program for its excellence, ranking it a top program, under the Part-time MBA category, in the northeast over the past four years.
