UMass is standardizing the way that users configure Exchange email and calendaring on their personal devices (e.g., mobile devices, Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail). When configuring email, you will need to use NetID@umass.edu in the email field, instead of NetID@ads.umass.edu. This brings the configuration process in line with other IT services such as eduroam and Google Apps.
