Albert Assaf Inducted into International Academy for the Study of Tourism

The International Academy for the Study of Tourism has inducted Albert Assaf, Professor of HTM and Hadelman Family Faculty Fellow, as a fellow in the Academy. This honor requires that the majority of all Fellows vote on nominees in two steps. Albert’s significant long-term sustained contributions to the field of tourism research are the basis for this positive and unanimous vote. He joins the 84 fellows of the Academy that constitute the entire worldwide membership. There will be an official induction ceremony for Albert at the next biennial conference.
