Every semester, we elicit feedback from recruiters that come to Isenberg to interview undergrads (that’s you!). We ask them questions about their overall experience, their experiences with our students, and their experiences with the Chase Career Center. We in the Dean’s Office and in the Chase Career Center compile, review, and evaluate this feedback every week throughout the semester. We also examine trends across academic years.
Here are some of the results from the Spring 2016 semester:
How would you grade Isenberg students on the following attributes? Scale 0 (Poor) to 10 (Excellent)
Knowledge of Position(s)
Knowledge of Company
Knowledge of Industry
Quality of Resumes
Ability to Effectively Answer Interview Questions
Recruiters rate Isenberg students highly, particularly in the areas of professional attire, academic knowledge, and quality of resumes. As an Isenberg undergraduate, you should be proud that well-known organizations are impressed with your professional presence and your business knowledge!
But here at Isenberg, we are not satisfied with just high ratings. We want outstanding ratings. We want recruiters to be consistently impressed with our top-caliber students.
