Outstanding Staff Make an Isenberg Impact

At our January 30, 2026, Isenberg All-School Meeting, we had the pleasure of announcing this year’s recipients of the Outstanding Staff Awards. This is a recognition for colleagues whose dedication to Isenberg’s mission makes a lasting difference for our school and our university.

These awards matter because they come from our community. Faculty and staff were invited last semester to nominate individuals who have been especially dedicated, helpful, and supportive—sharing rationales and at least one example of extraordinary performance. The selection committee considered qualities such as positive attitude, consistency, follow-through, initiative, quality of work, and overall impact on the Isenberg community. Up to three awards are presented each year, and nominees must be Isenberg staff members who have served at least two years.

I’m delighted to celebrate our 2026 awardees:

• Joanna Czarniecki, program director of MBA Programs (Graduate Programs)
• Dennis Kelly, IT support technician (Technology Support & Service)
• Jason Willwerth, senior academic advisory (Undergraduate Programs)

Each of these colleagues consistently goes above and beyond the duties of their roles to make Isenberg a better place for all. They support students, partner with faculty, strengthen operations, and show up with care and professionalism day after day.

Please join me in congratulating Joanna, Dennis, and Jason. They received individual certificates and a gift, and they will also help shape the future of this program by serving on the selection committee over the next three years.
