McKinsey's Sophomore Diversity Leaders Internship (SDLI) Info Session

In this special info session just for sophomores, you'll learn about the job of a consultant, McKinsey's culture, and the Sophomore Diversity Leaders Internship program (SDLI). We will have an informational presentation followed by a Q&A panel with former SDLIs, who will share their experience and advice for the application process.

Our Sophomore Diversity Leaders Internship program (SDLI) provides first-hand experience with consulting at McKinsey & Company to a highly select group of undergraduate students who identify as Black, African American, Hispanic, Latino, and/or part of Indigenous groups in North America. This internship experience is comparable to our Summer Business Analyst program.

Candidates who are currently undergraduate sophomores or in their second-year of undergraduate studies at U.S. or Canadian universities are eligible to apply.
