Microsoft Teams Training - Beyond the Basics – hands-on learning offered by ISOM TSS Staff

Participants will discover ways to be more productive and efficient with the help of MS Teams. Learning will include more than just basic communication and collaboration.

Personal Branding WIIFM (what's in it for me) - workshop facilitated by ISOM Office of Career Success

Whether interacting in person or online, crafting and curating your personal brand will allow you to differentiate and showcase the unique set of skills, attributes and accomplishments that make you, you. In an increasingly digital environment, it is more important than ever to manage your online presence - this session will outline the what, why and how of personal branding, as well as tips and resources to get you started!

Gratitude: How Appreciation & Gratitude Show Up at Work – session led by UMass ECCO Staff

During this guided conversation, we’ll consider gratitude as a stress-reduction and morale-building tool which managers may use to support their teams. Conversation will include discussing how people prefer to get and give appreciation. Participants will be invited to reflect on their own experiences and think about how gratitude could be more fully integrated into the culture here at Isenberg.
