The first few years after graduation can be exciting, challenging, and full of unexpected twists. To support both undergraduate and graduate alumni as they navigate their careers, the Isenberg Office of Career Success is launching a new Alumni Career Workshop Series designed for recent alumni within their first five years after graduation.
These virtual 30-minute workshops will be offered monthly and focus on practical career development topics such as career growth, networking, professional confidence, and navigating change in today's workplace. Each session is designed to provide actionable insights, meaningful conversation, and support for alumni as they build their careers beyond college.

Networking Without Feeling Fake: Building Meaningful Professional Relationships in a Way That Feels Authentic
Professional Skills and Community Building
Many professionals know networking is important, but few are taught how to do it in a way that feels genuine. In this session, we'll explore practical strategies for building and maintaining professional relationships, leveraging the UMass alumni network, and creating opportunities through meaningful connections rather than transactional interactions.
