Welcome Cocktail Reception

Members of the Isenberg community were invited to come meet with Executive-in-Residence Beck Bailey. Hors d'oeuvres were served.

ACES Roundtable Breakfast on Organizational Change Management

Faculty, staff, and administrators of Isenberg were invited to join Executive-in-Residence Beck Bailey for a continental breakfast roundtable. Members of the Office of ACES facilitated small group discussions around stakeholder engagement strategies and positioning ERGs for continued business impact.

Spotlight Lunch and Learn

Students were invited to join Executive-in-Residence Beck Bailey for a catered lunch. Members of the Office of ACES facilitated small group discussions around career pathways and storytelling, career readiness strategies, and preparing for the world of work.

Mentoring

Throughout the three-day event, our Executives-in-Residence visited classrooms, provided individual student mentorship appointments, and met with Isenberg faculty, staff, and administration and other guests of our university community.
