BxP x IREF: Valuations in Real Estate

Please join the Isenberg Real Estate Fund as they host BXP (the largest publicly traded developer, owner, and manager of premier workplaces in the United States) on April 10, 2024. Isenberg alumnus and BXP Financial Analyst Dante Pantaleo will be presenting the findings of an extensive multi-year research effort completed by BXP’s Finance & Capital Markets team that is focused around the determinants of office real estate pricing in six major US markets. This project has been presented to many of the largest brokerages and institutional investors in the country, and we are excited for UMass students to be able to hear it for themselves.
