2026 Women of Isenberg Conference

The Women of Isenberg (WOI) Conference is an opportunity for students to connect with professionals to build support networks, share their experiences, and communicate with one another regarding the challenges women and young professionals face throughout their careers.

The 2026 Women of Isenberg Conference theme is “Garden of Change: Blooming Alongside Innovation”. This year, attendees will explore what it means to flourish in a constantly changing landscape with both new opportunities and new challenges. By attending this event, participants will learn to navigate this transition, use technology as a tool, and adapt with grace.

The conference will be held on March 28th, 2025 at the UMass Amherst Campus Center. Registration begins at 8 a.m., and the Keynote Speaker will kick off the day at 9:00 a.m. The day will conclude at 2:45 p.m. after the interactive workshop and closing remarks.
