Steps for Enrolling in Summer 2023 Courses
- Please make sure all action items in the “To Do List” section are completed. To view action items log into SPIRE, look on the right side of the screen on your Student Services Center page under "To Do list".
- Please make sure all holds are cleared as this may prevent registration. To view a hold, log into SPIRE, look on the right side of the screen on your Student Services Center page under "Holds".
- Visit our Browse Courses page to view course descriptions and select your courses for spring. Then register in SPIRE. New to registering watch this video.
- If you need additional assistance, please join the advising team for an advising session on the following date: Wednesday, March 8th (12-1pm EST). They will provide a live demonstration in SPIRE.

Summer Dates
10-week session
- May 23 - Preview week in BBL
- May 30 - 10-week session classes begins
- June 6 – Last day to Drop with 100% tuition refund for 10-week session (class fees only)
- July 10 – Last day to late Drop through advisor with 50% tuition refund for 10-week session (class fees only)
- August 8 - 10-week session ends
- August 31 – Grades appear on transcripts
Session 1

- June 5 – Last day to Drop with 100% tuition refund for Session One (class fees only)
- June 23 – Last day to late Drop through advisor with 50% tuition refund for Session One (class fees only)
- July 12 - Summer Session One ends

Session 2
- July 10 - Preview week in BBL
- July 17 - Summer Session Two classes begins
- July 21 – Last day to Drop with 100% tuition refund for Session Two (class fees only)
- August 9 - Last day to late Drop through advisor with 50% tuition refund for Session Two (class fees only)
- August 25 - Summer Session Two courses end, Summer Term ends
- August 31 - Grades appear on transcripts
Mandatory Graduation Requirement
If you are taking your last class in Summer 2023, your degree eligibility form must be emailed to your advisor by August 1, 2023 or sooner to be included in graduation. Please list all classes in the order taken along with grades (leave grades blank for classes in progress). Be sure you receive a confirmation receipt by our office.
