As Director of Undergraduate Career Services, Melissa is focused on the needs of Isenberg's employer partners with the goal of enhancing the efficiency and quality of the on-campus recruiting experience. Melissa brings over 12 years of corporate Human Resources experience to the Chase Career Center. Prior to joining our team Melissa led Aetna's University Relations function, where she recruited college students for full-time and internship opportunities and coordinated the company's undergraduate and MBA summer internship programs. Melissa earned her B.A. in Psychology and her M.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Virginia in 1995 and 1997, respectively.
