Kerri Bohonowicz, CPA, is a senior lecturer in accounting at the Isenberg School of Management, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in financial accounting, auditing, and nonprofit accounting. She holds both a BBA and MS in accounting from Isenberg and brings extensive industry experience from leadership roles in public accounting, banking, and healthcare, including serving as chief executive officer and chief financial officer of a federally qualified health center. Her expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, nonprofit and governmental accounting, internal controls, and financial management. At UMass, she has led large-enrollment accounting courses, developed graduate curriculum, and mentored student teams that achieved national recognition in accounting case competitions. A licensed CPA in Massachusetts, Bohonowicz is recognized for her excellence in teaching, service, and leadership, with multiple university teaching award nominations and appointments to key curriculum and scholarship committees.
