Wellness Coaching
Annelise Kloster—your dedicated onsite Wellness Workdays health coach, is ready to support your personal health and wellness goals. Annelise has a background in behavioral health and nutrition and is passionate about creating personalized, inclusive wellness plans that work for you. Whether you’re just getting started or already working on specific goals, she’s here to help guide you with compassion and expertise.
Important Information:
- What to expect: Annelise will walk you through a simple initial assessment to help you set meaningful goals. The initial session lasts 30–45 minutes, and follow-ups are approximately 20 minutes.
- How to book: Schedule a virtual appointment using this link, send her a message on Teams, or stop by N308 to say hello during the academic year.

Digital Wellness Tools
First, sign in through the web browser using the SSO Link and create your password. Then download the WellWorks for You app and sign in using your NetID and the password you created.
