The Isenberg MS in Accounting Transitions Track is for those students with non-accounting backgrounds interested in switching to a career in accounting or auditing. This curriculum begins with foundational courses that prepares students for the advanced concepts introduced later in the program, such as auditing, tax, financial valuation, and exploring ethical standards. Students can choose from three areas of specialized knowledge: Data Analytics, Forensic Accounting, and Taxation. Many of our MSA students go on to take the CPA exams, qualifications vary by state so we encourage students to research state board requirements via the NASBA website.
