The Mark H. McCormack Department of Sport Management has moved up two spots to be ranked as the #2 graduate-level sport management program in the world based on the results of SportBusiness International’s recently-released 2016-2017 annual survey.

The department also received the global #1 ranking as Course Leaders Choice, as rated by sport management professors from around the world, for the second year in a row.

The survey is based on responses from graduate students who graduated three years prior, and takes into consideration how quickly students found jobs in the sport industry, degree of overall satisfaction with their graduate education experience, class demographics and starting salaries and other factors.

The full rankings will be published in a supplement in the July edition of SportBusiness International Magazine and will be available on June 30.
