As you may know, TSS has a ticketing system that is designed to help organize any and all issues that are brought to our attention via email so that we can quickly direct the right person to the problem and get it fixed.

  • You now have the ability to create a ticket within the Kace system by logging in here:  http://support.isenberg.umass.edu. This method will give you the ability to see all the open tickets that you have created within Kace.
  • If you prefer, you can still email tss@isenberg.umass.edu to create a ticket and get your issue resolved!
  • At this time, you won’t be able to also see tickets you have emailed us, but we hope to add that feature soon.
