ILS Case Competition is open to all students attending the Inclusive Leadership Summit presented by Isenberg and EY. For students looking to obtain an Inclusive Leadership Summit Certificate of Completion, they must participate in this case competition.
The case competition will challenge students to better understand the thinking around inclusion and diversity in the workplace. The case, as provided by EY, asks teams of 4 undergraduate students to demonstrate critical thinking, strong presentation skills, teamwork, and time management.
There are rewards, personal and financial. Team up with fellow students to discuss and solve real world inclusion issues. You will take away a deeper understanding of inclusion and diversity in the workplace, stronger presentation skills, professionalism and a larger network of relationships. Each member of the winning team will receive a plaque and $200. The runner up team will also receive a plaque.
What do you need to do?
Sign up! You may put together your own team of 4 undergraduate students (keep in mind this is a case competition on inclusion and diversity when building your team) or you just sign up and we will put together your team. Team members must register by September 27th.
There will be a kick-off event at the beginning of October, then teams will have about 2 weeks to put together their presentation and compete in the first round judging.
Final judging happens on October 18th and the winners are announced at the closing of the conference.
The deadline for registration has passed to register. Check back next year!
