Isenberg Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee is made up of staff and faculty representing every Isenberg business and academic unit to ensure no area is absent from these discussions and the change that will come from them. The committee is charged with reviewing Isenberg policies, procedures, and curriculum to address any systemic and institutional practices and bring them in alignment with the goal of maintaining an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students, faculty, and staff. To be successful, this committee will utilize a collaborative effort and be driven by our mission and vision.
Pam comes to Isenberg with extensive corporate, early talent acquisition, and corporate communications experience. She’s known for implementing collaborative, strategic initiatives with a focus on early career recruitment and development. In her last role, Pam implemented and managed a large scale IT intern-to-hire, career pipeline program at MassMutual. She also has experience in marketing, community relations, and PR/Media. Pam’s excited to leverage her experience and passion to assist students in reaching their career goals and aspirations. She earned her B.S. from American International College in Psychology and Sociology.
