About Chase Career Center

As the Executive Director of the Isenberg School of Management Chase Career Center, it is my distinct privilege to welcome you to our office. We have an experienced team of career professionals that is dedicated to serving the career and professional development needs of Isenberg students.
It is our philosophy that students should begin the career exploration process early in their academic careers. The Chase Career Center team provides high-quality career services for students seeking internships, cooperative, and/or full-time opportunities. Our primary goal is to help you discover and build a well thought-out career plan that will allow you to develop the essential skills and insights to launch yourself into your optimal career path.
Our team works diligently to establish partnerships with recruiters and employers who want to recruit Isenberg students. We facilitate a full range of career skill building programs designed to bring students, alumni, and employers together. Regular events include career fairs, networking events with alumni, employer presentations, and a full year of on campus recruiting activity.

Melissa Salva
As Director of Employer Engagement, Melissa is focused on the needs of Isenberg's employer partners with the goal of enhancing the efficiency and quality of the on-campus recruiting experience. Melissa brings over 12 years of corporate Human Resources experience to the Chase Career Center. Prior to joining our team Melissa led Aetna's University Relations function, where she recruited college students for full-time and internship opportunities and coordinated the company's undergraduate and MBA summer internship programs. Melissa earned her B.A. in Psychology and her M.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Virginia in 1995 and 1997, respectively.
Kim Figueroa
If you are searching for an internship, Kim can help. Undergraduate students seek Kim out for her deep knowledge of the internship process as well as her experience in career search in general. Kim has built a reputation for her uniquely empathetic approach as an advisor and a strategic advocate for employer engagement and opportunities. Kim earned her M.Ed. in Student Development from the University of Maine and a B.A. in Music & Art History from Bowdoin College.
Rachel Snyder
Energetic and approachable, Rachel enjoys assisting students with professional development through career counseling and mentorship, and is passionate about building partnerships and creating career opportunities that are mutually beneficial for Isenberg students and employers. Rachel previously served as the Director of Career Services for a vocational college and earned her B.A. in Communication from the University of New Hampshire.
Pamela Mathison
Pam comes to Isenberg with extensive corporate, early talent acquisition, and corporate communications experience. She’s known for implementing collaborative, strategic initiatives with a focus on early career recruitment and development. In her last role, Pam implemented and managed a large scale IT intern-to-hire, career pipeline program at MassMutual. She also has experience in marketing, community relations, and PR/Media. Pam’s excited to leverage her experience and passion to assist students in reaching their career goals and aspirations. She earned her B.S. from American International College in Psychology and Sociology.
Dave Wells
Dave is dedicated to a maximalist approach to career planning and seeks to inspire students to engage in a life-long process of discovery and growth. With a background in career advising and training at a four-year college in South Florida, Dave recently led undergraduate instructional advancement initiatives and previously designed and delivered career and professional development skills education. He earned his M.A. in Counseling from Eastern Michigan University, his M.S. in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University, and a B.A. from Tulane University.
Noelle Menard
Noelle joins the Chase Career Center team with a background in talent acquisition and corporate recruiting. She is eager to use her skills to support Isenberg students and enhance the on-campus recruiting experience. Prior to this role Noelle worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Barton Associates Inc. where she managed the direct staffing needs of their internal sales and corporate positions. Noelle received her B.A. in Business from Saint Anselm College in 2017.
