As a Customer Relationship Advocate in Personal Investing (PI), you’ll receive the training and development, resources and opportunities to define the career you want.  As a CRA, you’ll provide a wide range of investment management, retirement, brokerage and shareholder services, along with resources to help individuals achieve their financial goals.

Workplace Planning Associates develop and maintain relationships with brokerage clients across the spectrum of Fidelity products and services offered. As a WPA, you’ll receive invaluable training regarding knowledge of financial services and our consultative sales approach, and what it takes to deliver exceptional service for our personal investing clients.
