Early in your career, it can be easy to underestimate what you bring to the table - especially when you're competing with people who seem to have more experience. This session will help you look at your experience differently, identify the skills and strengths you've already built, and get better at communicating your value in applications, conversations, and interviews.

What if the problem isn't that you don't have enough experience - but that you're not recognizing or communicating the experience you already have?
