Isenberg Seniors Win Sustainability Consulting Challenge
January 26, 2012
Two Isenberg seniors in accounting, Sudhir Radhakrishna and Mark Spinosa, have won first-prize honors in the Sustainability Consulting Challenge, a winter-break competition sponsored by the UMass Amherst chapter of Net Impact. The duo was among 13 students in the competition who tackled hands-on sustainability issues on behalf of 6 local businesses. Another Isenberg team, comprised of second-year MBA students Jessiaha Adamopoulous and Andy Bower, tied for second place for their analysis of sustainable packaging products.
Net Impact is a nationwide community of students and
business professionals who mobilize business skills to create a more socially
and environmentally sustainable world. Isenberg students contribute
significantly to the active UMass Amherst chapter.
