Isenberg Career Head on Employment Prospects for Seniors

Nic Wegman, director of the
Chase Career Center at the Isenberg School of Management, attributes a recent
uptick in hiring prospects for college seniors to their "seamless almost
intuitive" relationship with technology. It's a "competitive edge" that confers
an edge over older workers, he emphasizes. "There is no doubt that there is a
generational difference," he observes.
