Melvin Rodriguez is Director of Academic Support and Diversity Programs for the
Isenberg School. He oversees the Diversity in Management Education Services,
the Isenberg Fellows Program, the Ernst & Young Partners in Education program,
and the undergraduate advising for the Isenberg School of Management. Melvin
completed an Accounting degree at Westfield State College, and a M.Ed. in
Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
